1. On the home page, click launch.
2. click on the map at the desired location.
3. In the popup, enter the date of the flood incident, your name, phone number, e-mail address, a description of the incident and attach a photo or video. Requires fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
4. click "Select" to attach a photo or video.
5. click "Submit" to submit the report.

Once your report is submitted, it will appear as an orange dot. Once staff reviews and approves the report for appropriate content, a green dot will be displayed.

1. click on the map at the desired location.
2. The description and photo or video will be displayed.

Flood reports that have not been reviewed will show as an orange dot. Content of the report will not be displayed until staff has approved the report.

If you're having trouble submitting or viewing a report, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

• If using a wireless device, ensure your mobile or Wi-Fi connection is strong.
• If you're using a 3G connection, try connecting to Wi-Fi. Uploads of images and video may take a very long time on slower connections.
• Ensure your web browser can use the geolocation feature of your device.
• Use a recommended web browser as described below.

On an Android mobile device, Google Chrome is recommended over the Android browser. Chrome for Android is available from the Google Play store.
