Homeowners on North side of 4th Ave have dammed up wash leading to flooding of the street and properties on south side of road.I have planted shrubs and raised a planter in front of house and still have to use 3 layers of sandbags and boards to keep water out of house.Sure would help to trench out wash or put in culvert to direct water to drainage ditch west of Mountain Red.

it has been over 2 years since the COP has cleaned the area along the SRP Canal by our facility. Everytime it rains the water does not flow west toward 43rd ave it flows north to our and 3 other facilities and floods our buildings/offices. It is the city's responsibility to keep the area that are theirs clean of debris and overgrown trees. This problem has caused us and others several hundreds of dollars. It needs to be taken care of, or will contact our representative and the news channels next time it rains. I was not here on 10/13 but only saw the after math of the 4 flood this season. Totally due to the City of Phoenix not doing their job.... The city of Phoenix police department also allows the homeless to build shelters in this area so the first hard rain their homes cause major floods, we have reported this also and no one seems to care.
