The Swipe Tool allows you to swipe away one or more Layer Groups to make it easy to view the remaining layers and base map underneath.
Refresh the Web App.
Expand FCD Projects and Properties and turn on Completed Planning Study
Open the Swipe Tool
Click on the down arrow and check all the layers you would like to swipe:
