You can select any feature in the Attribute Table by clicking on the gray column next to the record.
To make multiple selections use the <Shift> and <Ctrl> Keys combinations.
You can zoom to your selected features by clicking on the Zoom To button.
Remember to turn on your data layer in the Layer List Widget if the Zoom To button is grayed out.
To export your selected records as a CSV file, select Export all to CSV from the Options menu.
Clear the Selection to Export all features listed in your Attribute Table.
The Filter by Map Extent button is on by default. This limits the listing of features that are currently visible within your map extents. This is a good thing!
If you turn off Filtering By Map Extent while viewing the Parcel Attributes, it would attempt to list all 1.6 million parcels in Maricopa County. This will severely degrade performance.
You can view the Attributes of any data layer in your Web App by expanding the Layer Menu in the Layer List Widget and selecting View in Attribute Table.
