Filtering the Air Quality Facilities
There are over 36,000 Air Quality Facilities in Maricopa County.
As you zoom out, these green circles will clutter your map display area.
The Filter Widget gives you an easy way to remove the map clutter.
Open the Filter Widget
You can engage the Filter Widget based on the Status, Permit Classification and Facility Type.
Turn on the Filter Widget
The map is now displaying only those Air Quality Facilities where:
Status = Operating
and
Permit Classification = Minor
Note: The Facility Type is set to empty. It is disengaged by default.
Expand Facility Type and select Bakery.
Now you get to see only 2 green circles within your display area.
These two facilities satisfy the following criteria:
Status = Operating
And
Permit Class = Minor
And
Facility Type= Bakery
Click on the green circle near the intersection of N 7th Ave and W Van Buren St.
As expected, the attributes show:
Operating Status = Operating
Facility Type = Bakery
Permit Class = Minor
Turn off the Filter Widget
All the Air Quality Facilities are back.
Close the Filter Widget
