Service Description:

In an effort to better integrate with outside partners this map service provides fields using the Work Zone Data Exchange Specification (WZDx), https://github.com/usdot-jpo-ode/wzdx.

Below is the description for the Traffic Information Road Closure (TIRC), Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT)

ApplicationID: TIRC Application Identifier 24

AppRecordID: TIRC Record ID

Entity: Which County, City entered the record. (Maricopa County, Peoria, Surprise)

BeginDate: Beginning date of the closure/restriction

EndDate: Ending date of the closure/restriction

ClosureType: (Unknown, Incident, Construction, Permit, Flood Water)

Description: Comments about the closure/restriction

TIRCLocationID: TIRC Location Identifier, if a given record with its closure dates and comments has multiple locations entered for it, it will have an incremental value after the AppRecordID. Example: 17210-1, 17210-2. This string value will not renumber once created.

TravelDir: The Lane direction of the closure or restriction. (N,S,E,W). The possible directions are limited to the on road route direction.

Restricted bit: 0 or 1, if 1 it’s restricted otherwise closed.

GlobalID varchar(50) : The GIS record identifier for to get the road names, long, lats etc.
